At Darras Hall, we aim to create a love of learning and a resilience that is essential for great accomplishment and fulfillment in life.  Our ‘Darras Code’ identifies six key personal characteristics which drive our vision, ethos and curriculum:  determined, ambitious, resilient, respectful, amazing and successful. 

The school has changed significantly during recent years with the opening of our state of the art school building, development of two multi use games areas and transformation of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) environments.  More recently we have seen the development of our new sports pitches with more planned during the next two years.  Parent fundraising has resulted in play area enhancements and development of our Forest School is underway.     

We are always looking at ways in which we can develop the school, to enable our pupils to gain a rich and broad learning experience at Darras Hall, preparing them for the next stage in their education.

We have a large team of  experienced and dedicated staff who love what they do and receive high-quality training and support to ensure that our children have the best possible experience here. As a result of the staff and children’s hard work, our academic results are consistently high and significantly above national standards.

I am proud to lead such an amazing school and aim to continue to build on our successes in order to make a difference to the lives of our young people and prepare them for future success.
